Reproduction brake caliper rebuild kit for many of the 70''s Honda CB''s from the 350-550. This is a great kit if your piston is pitted and needs to be replaced. Brake effectively and ride safe with a new piston! Kit Includes: Piston: 45107-323-020 - Diameter 38.14mm / Height 34mmPiston Seal: 45108-300-003Bleeder Valve: 45224-579-013 Installation Tips: Make sure to thoroughly clean the channel in the caliper that holds the seal, if there is any built up grease or dirt it will not allow the seal to sit properly which will affect the pistons ability to engage and retract.The side of the piston that''s darker in color with the 2mm outer lip, faces the brake pad. Some pads come with a plastic ring that goes between the pad and the piston, it helps the prevent brake squealing.Use brake grease between the piston and the pad but do not allow any grease or brake fluid to come in contact with brake pads. (this kit does not come with pads)We also carry a version of this kit with a stainless steel piston and a kit with the caliper.
